Is Quiire available where I am?
Quiire runs market by market, and each market chooses which services it runs. This page shows the services of the market you are in once it knows where that is.
How is the price decided?
Quiire’s servers work out every fare, delivery fee and total and show it to you before you confirm. Drivers and couriers set their own rates, but only inside limits Quiire enforces.
How do I pay?
By card. The card you save is the default for every service, so nothing depends on anything else.
Who are the drivers, couriers and tradespeople?
People who applied to Quiire and sent the documents their market asks for. A person on the Quiire team reviews every one before they can go online, and a new or expired document takes them off until it is reviewed again.
Will they see my phone number?
No. You call and message inside the app by @handle — your number is never shown to them, and theirs is never shown to you.
What if something goes wrong?
Hold the emergency button in Safety for three seconds and your trusted contacts and the Quiire safety team are alerted at once. Every report you send is read by a person.
Do I need a separate account for each service?
No. One account covers everything Quiire runs where you are. Register with your phone number, then sign in with your password.
Can I work on Quiire?
Yes. Drivers, couriers, tradespeople, sellers and kitchens apply in the Quiire apps, send the documents their market asks for, and start once our team approves them.
