Piper
The intelligence behind Quiire.
Piper is Quiire’s own AI, and she launches with Quiire. Ask her for what you need in your own words, in English or in Kwéyòl. She finds it, shows you exactly what it will cost, and does it when you say yes.
In the Quiire app, tap the sparkle on Home and ask, or say “Hey Piper”.

Step 1
You ask
Say it the way you would say it to a friend. “A ride home.” “Two fish and fries from Coal Pot.” Type it, or just speak.
Step 2
She shows you
The exact ride or order, the price and how you will pay, before anything happens.
Step 3
You say yes
Nothing costs money until you confirm, and one yes is one order, never two.
In the app today
One agent for every service
Everything on Quiire is something you can simply ask Piper for. This is what she does now.
Rides
Say where you are going. Piper names the place, shows the ride options with their prices, and books the one you choose.
Food
Name the kitchen and the dish the way you would say it out loud. She asks about your choices one at a time, like how spicy, and places the order.
Send and errands
Start a delivery or an errand by asking, and find out where a parcel is. Take a photo of a shopping list and she fills in the errand for you.
Shop
Ask for a product and she finds it across the shops on Quiire, then tells you how your order is coming along.
Services
Need a plumber, an electrician or a cleaner now? Tell her what is wrong, or send a photo of it, and she starts the request.
Buses
Ask for the next bus. She tells you which one is coming soonest and which still has seats.
Receipts and help
She explains any receipt line by line. If something went wrong, tell her and she reports it to the Quiire team for you.
The day ahead
When rain or a storm is on the way she says so, and suggests the ride or delivery that suits the weather.
Her voice
Talk to her. She talks back.
Piper speaks in a voice of her own and listens for your answer, so a whole request can be a conversation with nothing to tap. On an iPhone, say “Hey Piper” while Quiire is open and she is listening.
Her languages
Write to her in yours.
Choose your language in Settings, or simply write to her in it and she answers the same way.

Kwéyòl
Piper has learned Kwéyòl, and she is still learning.
Write to Piper in Saint Lucian Kwéyòl and she understands you and answers in Kwéyòl. Ask her aloud and she says it back. She was taught from the language’s own writing system and dictionary, so the words she uses are the ones written and spoken here.
She is not finished. Every week she learns more words, more of the way a sentence is really put together, and more of how it sounds. Where she gets a word wrong, a speaker’s correction teaches her the right one. The aim is simple: Piper speaking Kwéyòl fluently, as one of us.
How she gets better
She learns, so you ask less
Piper is built to know this country, the way we speak, and what each person likes. It is there for one reason: to make the next thing you need quicker to get.
The country
She learns the island
The places and what people actually call them, the kitchens and what they cook, the roads and how long they take at each hour, the festivals and what the country is doing this week. Piper is being taught Saint Lucia, not a map of somewhere else.
The people
She learns how we speak
Names said the way they sound here, the short forms, the words that only make sense at home. When you say it your way, she is learning to hear it your way.
You
She learns what you like
Your usual order on a Friday, the ride home at six, the shop you go back to. She brings them forward so you ask in three words, and she is learning to point you to the best price for what you want.
For your convenience, and on your terms
- What she learns from. What you do in Quiire: what you search for, order, save and where you ask to go. That is what lets her bring your usuals forward.
- What it is for. A shorter ask, a suggestion that fits, a better price. It is used to help you inside Quiire.
- She never acts alone. Piper shows you what she is about to do and waits for your yes before anything is booked or paid for.
- You set how she reaches you. Whether she sends you suggestions, shows them in the app or speaks aloud is yours to switch in Settings.

Questions
Asked, and answered.

Does Piper speak Kwéyòl?
Yes. Piper understands Saint Lucian Kwéyòl, answers in it and says it aloud. She is still learning, with the aim of speaking it fluently.
Which languages does Piper understand?
